I collect the least I can get away with: enough to run an auction and put a sticker on a bike.

What I store

When you bid: your brand name, the link you want the sticker to point at, an optional logo URL, your email address, and the amount you bid. That is the whole record.

When someone clicks a sponsor link: the time, the sponsor it belonged to, and the referring page. No IP addresses, no cookies, no fingerprinting.

I never see or store your card details. Dodo Payments handles that and only sends back a payment reference.

What I do with it

Your brand name, link, and logo go on this page publicly, because that is the product. Your email address does not.

I email you about your own bid: deposit taken, outbid, refunded, won, sticker applied. Nothing else, and there is no mailing list.

Analytics

Site traffic is measured with DataFast, which is cookieless and does not build profiles of visitors. The aggregate numbers are published on a public stats page linked in the footer.

Who else sees it

Dodo Payments, for payments and refunds, under their own privacy policy. Vercel, which hosts the site. Neon, which hosts the database. Nobody else, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Your say

Email hey@brandmybike.lol and I will send you a copy of everything I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Bid records tied to a completed payment stay for as long as tax rules require.

Bids that lost and were refunded get their email address wiped at the end of each cycle.
