Terms
Last updated 28 August 2026
This is a side project run by one person with one motorcycle. The terms are short because there is not much to hide behind.
Who you are dealing with
brandmybike.lol is run by Vidur, an individual based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. There is no company behind it.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record. Your card statement will show them, they issue the invoice, and they handle sales tax and GST. Card details never touch my servers.
What you are buying
A physical vinyl sticker in a named position on my Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350, displayed for one month from the day it is applied, plus a link from this site and the click count that goes with it.
You are not buying impressions, reach, or any guaranteed outcome. The bike gets ridden in ordinary city traffic. Some weeks that is a lot of kilometres, some weeks it rains for four days.
I make no promise about business results. If you need a guaranteed audience, buy ads.
Deposits and payment
Deposits are 20% of your bid with a $1 minimum, charged when you bid. Deposits are refunded in full when you are outbid or when I reject your sticker.
Winners pay the remaining 80% within 72 hours of the auction closing. Unpaid balances forfeit the deposit and the spot.
All amounts are in US dollars. Your bank's currency conversion and any card fees are between you and your bank.
If something goes wrong
If the bike is off the road for more than seven consecutive days during your month, I extend your month by the lost days or refund that share, your choice.
If the motorcycle is replaced, the sponsor sticker will be reprinted and applied to the replacement bike for the rest of the booked term. If no replacement bike is available within a week, unused time is refunded pro rata.
My total liability to you is capped at what you paid. That is the honest limit of what a person with one motorcycle can offer.
Rights
You keep every right to your logo. You grant me permission to reproduce it on the sticker, on this site, and in photos of the bike.
I keep the right to refuse or remove any sticker, with a refund, as described in the Rules.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes go to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India, though I would rather just sort it out over email.
