Short version: bid honestly, get refunded if you lose, and do not ask me to ride around with something I would be embarrassed to park outside my flat.

Bidding

Each of the ten spots takes bids on its own and opens at $1. Every new bid has to beat the current one by at least $1, in whole dollars, in USD.

Placing a bid charges a deposit of 20% of your bid, with a $1 minimum. The deposit is what makes the bid real. Bids without a cleared deposit do not count.

The auction runs for 13 days from launch. A bid placed in the last few minutes does not extend the clock, so do not leave it to the wire.

Refunds

Get outbid and your deposit is refunded in full, automatically, triggered by the payment that beat you. You do not need to ask.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Dodo Payments processes them immediately; your bank usually takes 5 to 10 working days to post it.

If a refund fails for any reason, it is flagged on my admin dashboard and I sort it out by hand the same day. Email me if one goes quiet for more than a week.

Winning

When the auction closes, the highest bid on each spot wins it. You get an email with a payment link for the remaining 80% and 72 hours to pay it.

Miss that window and the deposit is forfeit and the spot goes to the runner-up at their bid.

Once paid, your sticker goes on within a week and stays on for one month from the day it is applied. I photograph it and send you the shots.

What I will not put on the bike

No hate, harassment, or extremist material. No adult content. No gambling, no binary options, no fake medicine or unlicensed pharma.

No crypto token launches, no memecoins, no anything whose main product is a promise of returns. Established, boring fintech is fine.

No political parties or candidates. No direct competitor to a sponsor who already holds a spot in the same cycle.

If I reject your bid, you get the deposit back in full. If I reject it after you have paid the balance, you get all of it back.

Artwork

Send the highest resolution logo you have, ideally SVG or a PNG with a transparent background. I get it cut in weather-grade vinyl and I pay for the printing.

I will resize to fit the spot and will not distort your logo. If it does not read at 10cm across, I will tell you and suggest a simpler mark.

You confirm you own the artwork or have the right to use it. If a trademark holder complains, the sticker comes off and you keep the remaining time as a refund.
